Shipping & Delivery

How shipping works on Thorne — from order processing to delivery, tracking, and what to do when something doesn't go as expected.

Order processing

After you place an order, it enters processing: payment verification, order confirmation, and preparation for shipment. Processing time varies by item. If your order contains multiple items, they may ship separately, each with their own tracking number.

Shipping options and costs

Available shipping options and costs are shown at checkout and vary by item, destination, weight, and carrier availability. Promotional shipping offers, where applicable, are clearly shown before you place the order.

Delivery estimates

Delivery estimates are predictions based on item availability, handling time, destination distance, and carrier performance. They can be affected by weather, peak volume, or carrier delays — they are estimates, not guarantees.

Tracking your package

Once your order ships, you'll receive tracking details. Tracking may take time to update after the label is created — this is normal during initial carrier intake.

Label created

The shipment label exists but may not be scanned yet — this is normal during carrier intake.

Common delivery issues

Delivery is late

Check tracking for the latest scan. If the window has passed with no update, contact support — we can confirm status and next steps.

Marked delivered, not received

Carriers sometimes scan slightly early or deliver to a nearby location (front desk, mailroom). Check the surrounding area and anyone in your household first.

Wrong or incomplete address

Contact support as soon as possible after checkout. Changes may not be possible once a shipment is in transit, but we'll do what we can.

Package arrived damaged

Keep the packaging and contact support with photos. Photos help considerably in resolving damage claims quickly.

International shipping

Where available, international shipping is shown at checkout. International deliveries may involve customs processing and additional transit time. Duties or taxes are typically governed by the destination country and may not be included unless explicitly stated.

Address tips

  • Use a complete address including unit numbers and building access codes.
  • Double-check street name and city spelling.
  • Add delivery instructions for buildings with access requirements.
  • If package security is a concern in your area, use a secure delivery location when available.
